So, because Omerta and Jericho WERE allies (and had effectively disbanded at the time), you secretly broke your agreement with Jericho?
Nice. So you blame people for something their (ex) allies did without them knowing, and put them to -10 without "bothering" to inform them. Then kill in situations you KNOW you are blue to your targets.

And here's why this subject is so funny to me:
Once upon a time, long ago in the northern regions shortly before the GNW, agents of Jericho secretly persuaded the COD (IRONs precursor) to pull out of their treaty (NAST) with the PA and then declare war on the PA. Basicly, a backstab job.
Now Jericho is on the recieving end of a broken treaty and they are appalled and surprised?!?
As I recall, the PA was kicked out of the NAST for breaking it's rules.
And it's more "they've broken treatys with us too many times, burn em all"
